Please inform us of any damage or missing parts within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Include photos of the damage and ensure you retain the original boxes and all protective packaging materials.
To ensure a hassle-free experience, we strongly advise you to inspect your shipment while the delivery driver is present. If you discover any damaged items, either refuse the delivery or record the damage on the delivery receipt. If you cannot inspect the items with the driver present but notice damage to the boxes, make sure to note this on the delivery receipt and check your items as soon as possible.
Our processes and materials are designed to ensure that damage is kept to a minimum, in our warehouse. In fact, more than 99% of our orders arrive without any damage. If you do find any damage on a product or part, we will quickly send you a replacement at no cost.
